Santos announced that Robinho, 36, has signed a five-month contract with the club he first joined in 1996.

Robinho has spent the past two years in Turkey and won the Süper Lig with Istanbul Basaksehir last season.
Prior to that he made a name for himself in Europe with Real Madrid, Man City and AC Milan.
Between 2003 and 2017, Robinho won 100 caps for Brazil, scoring 28 goals.
“This has always been my home,” said Robinho upon his return. “My objective is to help on and off the pitch and get Santos in as high a place as possible.”
Santos are currently seventh in Brazil’s Serie A, nine points behind leaders Atlético Mineiro.
And they will hope the return of their idol Robinho can help them rise up the table.
