Porto striker Moussa Marega eyes Premier League move

FC Porto striker Moussa Marega is eyeing a move to the Premier League next year, A BOLA reports.

Marega, 29, is one of three first-teamers – along with Pepe and Mouhamed Mbaye – out of contract in June 2021.

Porto are interested in renewing Marega’s contract, but he still has ambitions of playing in England.

Newcastle were linked with the Mali international during the summer window with Porto demanding €20m.

Next summer, if he chooses not to extend with Porto, Marega could be an appealing option at no cost for English sides.

Marega has been a consistent goal scorer for Porto in recent years. In all competitions, his goal tallies were 23, 21 and 15 in the past three seasons.

His form has continued in the new Liga NOS campaign with two goals and one assist in Porto’s first three games.
