22-year-old Foyth will join up with his new teammates at Villarreal after the international break.
But he will continue his career in La Liga under the tutelage of Unai Emery at Villarreal.
Since arriving at Spurs from Estudiantes in 2017, Foyth has struggled to hold down a place in the first team.
Jose Mourinho did not field Foyth a single time in 2020, making a transfer inevitable.
Before joining Villarreal, Foyth extended his Spurs contract until 2023 to protect his value.
Juan Foyth has signed a new contract with the Club until 2023 and joined Spanish side Villarreal on loan for the remainder of the 2020/21 season.
