Paris Saint-Germain are bringing in two new players ahead of France’s transfer deadline.
Both deals will be loans with PSG having the option to buy next summer.
Danilo, 29, is due to arrive in Paris on Sunday afternoon for his medical test, RMC Sport reports.
The midfielder has been a mainstay in the Porto side for the past five seasons and is a 39-time Portuguese international.
PSG will pay €4m for the loan with a €16m obligation to buy Danilo next year.
Danilo will be joined by Everton striker Moise Kean, it is reported by Téléfoot and other sources.
Everton forward Moise Kean is to join Paris St Germain on a season-long loan.

Kean, 20, only moved to Goodison Park a year ago from Juventus in a deal worth up to €30m.
However, his debut season in England didn’t go as planned and Carlo Ancelotti is willing to let him go.
Juve were interested in re-signing the Italy international, but he will spend the season at PSG.
It is a frantic end to the transfer window at Paris with sporting director Leonardo scrambling to give Thomas Tuchel reinforcements.
Kean’s loan move to PSG is now official. The Parisians do NOT have an option to buy him.
