It is reported that all three parties signed an agreement today with Roca set to sign a four-year deal (with the option of a fifth year).
Roca, 23, must first pass a medical before the transfer can be completed.
@tjcope

The former Spain under-21 international will play no part in Espanyol’s derby against Sabadell on Sunday.
Bayern have long admired Roca and almost signed him in 2019.
His exit will allow Espanyol to make some moves in the transfer market before the end of the window.
Roca to Bayern is now official.
