22-year-old winger Chiesa is one of Serie A’s hottest talents and is valued at €60m by Fiorentina, Alfredo Pedulla reveals.
However, the Viola could accept a structured deal that would allow Juventus to afford Chiesa.
One possibility would be for Chiesa to join the Serie A champions on an expensive loan with an obligation to buy.
Chiesa’s agent, Fali Ramadani, met with Juventus sporting director Fabio Paratici in Milan on Tuesday for exploratory talks.
According to Gianluca Di Marzio, who reports similar news, there are no negotiations yet – just an idea.
Juve must sell first
Khedira, 33, will terminate his contract with Juve on Monday and could return to the Bundesliga.
Douglas Costa has been linked with Wolves in recent days, but Juventus have yet to receive any concrete bids.
After defining the futures of Khedira and Costa, Juventus might then make a formal approach for Chiesa.
The 18-time Italy international has already said no to foreign suitors and although AC Milan like him, Juve is currently the only potential destination.
Chiesa scored 10 goals and delivered nine assists in 34 league games for Fiorentina last season.
He is the son of former Parma, Fiorentina and Lazio striker Enrico Chiesa, who also played for the Italy national team.
