Citing a source close to the Portuguese club, Mohamed Bouhafsi says United must now agree a fee with Porto.
A report from Portugal on Sunday claimed that Porto have lowered their asking price to €20m.

Telles was expected to join PSG earlier in the summer, but they cooled their interest.
However, they are now considering whether to make a new approach following Bernat’s unfortunate injury.
Telles, a one-time Brazil international, moved to Porto from Galatasaray in 2016 for a fee of €6.5m.
In his four seasons at the club, he has established himself as one of Liga NOS’ best attacking full-backs.
But with just one year left on his contract, Porto are inviting offers for the 27-year-old.
