26-year-old Batshuayi spent the second half of the 2018-19 season at Palace, scoring six goals in 13 appearances.
After netting two goals for Belgium on the recent international break, he has now clarified his future at club level.
Before his move to Selhurt Park, Batshuayi signed a new contract with Chelsea.
Batshuayi will further reinforce the Palace attack after they signed Eberechi Eze from QPR for £20m.
