Reine-Adelaide, 22, went public at the beginning of September about his desire to leave Lyon.
An expensive recruit from Angers, Reine-Adelaide’s first year at OL did not go as planned.
The former Arsenal talent was often used as a substitute by Rudi Garcia before an ACL injury cut short his season.
“It is difficult to imagine my future at Lyon,” Reine-Adelaide told RMC Sport recently. “Today, I need to play matches consistently.
“I hear that I need to wait for exits in order to get a starting spot. But that is not the project that was sold to me when I came last summer.”
The same publication also plays down reports linking Bayer Leverkusen with Reine-Adelaide, saying that is untrue.
Reine-Adelaide’s close friend Lucas Tousart plays for Hertha, which could help the German club convince him.
