The Biancocelesti have been working to sign Muriqi, 26, for over a month and have finally overcome the obstacles that stood in the way.
Muriqi will sign a five-year deal with the two clubs currently exchanging the final paperwork.
He should arrive in Rome on Monday to undergo medical tests and sign his contract.
Last season, Muriqi scored 17 goals in 36 appearances for Fenerbahce and had several important clubs trailing him.
He will reinforce Simone Inzaghi’s Lazio attack in a season where they return to the Champions League after 13 years.
