Club Brugge want Eintracht Frankfurt striker Bas Dost

Club Brugge have a serious interest in signing veteran striker Bas Dost from Eintracht Frankfurt, according to AD.

The 31-year-old has two years left on his deal with Frankfurt, a club he joined a year ago.

The former Dutch international scored 93 goals in 127 appearances for Sporting CP before returning to Germany last year.

Dost’s debut season at Eintracht didn’t go as well as it could have, but he still found the net ten times.

Brugge and several other clubs are keen on the 6’5″ target man, but the Belgians can offer Champions League football.

Eintracht paid €7m to sign Dost last summer and would want to recoup as much of that as possible.
