Betis sign ex-Man City & Barcelona keeper Claudio Bravo

Real Betis have completed the signing of Chile goalkeeper Claudio Bravo.

Bravo, 37, joins on a free transfer after his Manchester City contract expired at the end of the season.

The experienced shot-stopper has penned a one-year deal with the option for a second season.

He returns to Spain, where he played for Barcelona, after four years at Pep Guardiola’s City.

Bravo replaced Joe Hart between the sticks for City, but a year later was displaced by Ederson.

After that, he mainly in cup competitions for the Citizens.

He links up with compariot and former City boss Manuel Pellegrini at Betis, although Bravo arrived at City just after Pellegrini was replaced by Guardiola.
