Torino could continue their summer recruitment drive with a deal for Leicester City attacking midfielder Dennis Praet.
The Granata have already brought in Ricardo Rodriguez, Karol Linetty and Mergim Vojvoda for a total cost of over €15m.
But club president Urbano Cairo wants to please new head coach Marco Giampaolo with another big signing, according to Gianluca Di Marzio.
Praet, 26, played in Serie A for Sampdoria before a €20m move to Leicester last summer. And his coach at Samp was none other than Giampaolo.
The six-time Belgium international made 36 appearances in his first season for the Foxes, often as a substitute.
A deal for Praet will be difficult to pull off financially, but Torino are trying to reunite him with Giampaolo.
