Grbic, 24, have signed a four-year contract with Atletico and joins in a deal worth up to €6m.
The Spanish club will pay an initial €3.5m with a further €2.5m to follow in bonuses. In addition, Lokomotiva have a 10% sell-on clause.

The highly-rated shot-stopper played a key part in Lokomotiva’s second place finish in the 2019-20 Croatian league.
Adan, 33, was out of contract at Atletico and moves to the Lisbon side on a free transfer.

Dos Santos goes the other way
As part of the Grbic deal, Atletico have handed Lokomotiva a replacement goalkeeper in the form of Alex Dos Santos.
21-year-old Dos Santos, a former Brazil youth international, has signed a two-year deal with the Croatian side.
Atletico Madrid have placed a 40% sell-on clause in the deal, giving them a potential future profit.

He will go straight into Lokomotiva’s squad for next week’s Champions League second round qualifier against Rapid Vienna.
Dos Santos rose through the Atleti academy, but despite appearing on the bench for Diego Simeone’s side, never played a first team game.
