Ricardo Rodriguez joins Torino from AC Milan for €3m

Torino have completed the signing of left-back Ricardo Rodriguez from AC Milan for a reported €3m plus bonuses.

Rodriguez, 27, has signed a four-year deal with the Turin club.

The Swiss international joined Milan from Wolfsburg in 2017, making 87 appearances in his first two seasons.

After limited game time in the first half of the 2019-20 season, he moved to PSV Eindhoven on loan in January.

The Coronavirus pandemic meant he only made six appearances for PSV, who did not sign him permanently.

German clubs HoffenheimHertha BSC and Eintracht Frankfurt were interested in Rodriguez, but his future is in Italy.

Rodriguez has made 71 appearances for the Switzerland national team, scoring eight times.
