Elabdellaoui, 28, left Olympiacos when his contract expired after six seasons with the Greek giants.
And he will continue his career in Turkey at Galatasaray after they signed him on a free transfer.
Elabdellaoui rose through the Manchester City youth system before joining Eintracht Braunschweig in Germany.
From there he moved to Olympiacos in a €400,000 deal where he won the Greek title four times.
He briefly played in the Premier League on loan at Hull City for half a season in 2017 before returning to Olympiacos.
Elabdellaoui won 44 caps for Norway and will bring plenty of experience to Galatasaray.
