Lazio are close to signing Kosovo striker Vedat Muriqi from Fenerbahce in a deal worth up to €18m.
Muriqi, 26, will reportedly join Lazio for an initial €16m with a further €2m in bonuses to follow.
According to multiple Italian outlets, negotiations are in a very advanced state for the towering striker.
Lazio coach Simeone Inzaghi made an explicit request for a big target man and Muriqi fits that profile.
He is coming off an excellent season in Turkey in which he scored 17 and assisted seven goals in 36 appearances.
Muriqi in, Caicedo out
Making way for Muriqi will be Felipe Caicedo, who is close to joining Qatari side Al-Gharafa for about €5m.
Caicedo, 31, had been linked with Al-Duhail, but Gazzetta dello Sport state he is heading to their rivals Al-Gharafa.
Lazio will also complete the signing of Manchester City legend David Silva on a three-year deal in the coming days.
