Japanese wonderkid Kubo, 19, has been linked with most clubs in La Liga and several European sides.
Marcos Benito of El Chiringuito TV says only a few details remain before Kubo can join Villarreal on loan for the 2020-21 season.

Bundesliga kings Bayern Munich also wanted him and offered an €8m loan fee plus his salary (€10m total).
However, Kubo wants to remain in Spain for experience before joining Madrid’s first team in future.
Brahim to Betis
21-year-old winger Brahim Diaz is also in the Bernabéu exit lounge after struggling for game time.
At Betis, Brahim will reunite with Manuel Pellegrini, who knows the youngster from his days at Malaga and Manchester City.
Pellegrini’s presence is the reason Brahim is poised to join the Andalusian club after interest from Spain and Europe.
