Lyon have snubbed a €900,000 offer from Bayern Munich for their promising young left-back Melvin Bard.
According to both L’Equipe and Sky Sport, Bayern have not yet improved on their offer for 19-year-old Bard.
However, the Bavarians are still interested and could return with a higher bid.
Lyon are eager to hold on to the teenager and have offered him a new two-year extension until 2024.
Bard and his agent are reviewing the offer and giving themselves a few weeks of reflection.
A French under-20 international, Bard made his Ligue 1 debut for OL against Nimes in December.
If Bard decides to stay, he is likely to see more first team action with Lyon ready to sell Youssouf Koné.
Koné, 25, arrived from Lille last summer for €9m but has been a disappointment in his 16 appearances.
