Borussia Dortmund have added Lyon winger Memphis Depay to their list of potential Jadon Sancho replacements, BILD reports.
Although a deal for Sancho to join Manchester United has yet to be agreed, there is a feeling he will return to England.
And Depay, a former Man United player, is the latest name rumoured to be Sancho’s replacement.
Following his struggles at Old Trafford, Depay moved to Lyon and has been an outstanding performer.
In an injury hit 2019-20 season, Depay scored 14 goals in 18 games across Ligue 1 and the Champions League.
Depay is out of contract in 2021 and wants to leave the French side for a new challenge.
AC Milan have also been considering the 26-year-old, who has a market value of around €44m.
Besides Depay, other names Jonathan Ikone of Lille and Jeremie Boga of Sassuolo are also under consideration to replace Sancho.
