Cagliari face a struggle to hold on to Nahitan Nandez and Marko Rog this summer with both players being eyed by English sides.
According to Tuttosport, West Ham have a ‘strong interest’ in Uruguay defensive midfielder Nandez, 24.
Roma and Sevilla are two other clubs with eyes on Nandez, who can also play as a right midfielder.
Cagliari signed Nandez from Boca Juniors a year ago, paying around €17.8m, but risk losing him already.
Another Cagliari midfielder, Marko Rog, is in the sights of West Ham’s London rivals Crystal Palace.
25-year-old Rog has been on loan from Napoli but Cagliari have an obligation to buy him for around €15m.
Bundesliga side Eintracht Frankfurt have also come forward for the 17-time Croatia international.
Meanwhile, Lazio have been watching goalkeeper Alessio Cragno and Argentina striker Giovanni Simeone.
The growing interest in Cagliari’s big names means it could be a stressful summer for the Sardinian club.
