Osimhen has changed agents and his new representative, William D’Avila, is stalling up the deal from being finalised.
The Italian club have a general agreement with Lille to buy the 21-year-old for €50m plus bonuses.
However, the operation is currently at a standstill with the agent exploring other options.
He hopes to involve the big names from the Premier League in order to secure Osimhen the best move possible.

The situation has left Napoli worried that two months of work on a deal for Osimhen may have been for nothing.
Napoli will hope that United and Liverpool do not follow up or it could spell trouble for them…
