Buendia, 23, has been relegated to the Championship with Norwich, raising questions about his future.
Despite Norwich’s poor season, the Argentine playmaker has played well, contributing seven Premier League assists and one goal.
Despite important clubs from La Liga being attentive to him, Buendia told Sky Sports that he is happy at Norwich.
“Everyone helped me here since the beginning,” he said. “I have a contract here and I hope the club, the team and the fans get back to the Premier League as seen as possible.
“We have to be focused to finish the season well, not thinking about next season or each player in himself.
“Now we have to finish, we have a game tomorrow and one more at Carrow Road. We have to think to finish the league with our best performance.”
Buendia, a former Argentina under-20 international, is under contract at Norwich until 2024.
His current market value is €14.5m (£13.05m) according to the Transfermarkt website.
