Tabuaco, 19, is a Portugal youth international having represented his country at under-17 and under-18 level.
Last season he played in the under-23 sides at Portimonense SC and Beira-Mar (loan).
And his next destination could be England with Championship duo Reading and Charlton in addition to League One side Ipswich very interested.
Three years ago, Tabuaco was on the verge of joining Premier League outfit Leicester City, but the deal fell through.
Tabuaco was recently named the best Portugese goalkeeper born in 2001, a sign of his potential.
He was trained in the academies of FC Porto, Pacos de Ferreira and Vitoria CS before moving to Portimonense.
Several clubs in Portugal are also keen on Tabuaco and his future should be decided in the coming weeks.
