The 25-year-old joined Anderlecht on loan in January, getting just 158 minutes of game time before the Coronavirus pandemic.
Pjaca scored against Eupen in his third appearance, but the Belgian club have decided not to retain him.
Anderlecht have contacted Juventus to officially decline their option, meaning the World Cup finalist is returning to Turin.
Juventus paid €23m to sign Pjaca from Dinamo Zagreb in 2016 and he was considered one of the brightest talents in Europe.
However, the Croatian has been hampered by a number of serious injuries, stunting his growth as a player.
Still only 25, Pjaca will look to reignite his promising career next season with another loan move most likely.
