27-year-old Sidibe is currently on loan at Everton in the Premier League with his deal running until June 30.
Everton have been in talks with the French international about extending the loan until the season is completed.
However, there is uncertainty as to whether the Toffees will sign Sidibe on a permanent deal from Monaco.
Everton do have an option to buy him for €17m but there are reports that they would prefer a second loan deal.
Mohamed Bouhafsi of RMC Sport says Sevilla have had some contacts with Sidibe’s entourage.
The Andalusian club are after a new right-back for next season and view Sidibe as an ideal fit.
Monaco are open to selling Sidibe in the upcoming transfer window.
Sidibe has made 21 appearances in the Premier League for Everton this season with a return of four assists.
