Monaco beat BVB to €2m signing of Anthony Musaba

Monaco have agreed a deal to sign highly-rated winger Anthony Musaba from NEC NijmegenDe Gelderlander reports.

Earlier today, the Ligue 1 side reached an agreement for NAC Breda centre-back Jan Paul van Hecke.

Their shopping spree in the Dutch second tier continues with Musaba on his way to Monaco for around €2m.

19-year-old Musaba had been on Monaco’s radar and they followed through with a formal offer.

The talented teen toured Borussia Dortmund‘s stadium during the winter break with the Germans showing interest.

Bayern Munich, Juventus, AC Milan, Valencia, Atletico Madrid, Paris Saint-Germain and Marseille also showed interest.

In the Eerst Divisie this season, Musaba has struck seven goals and registered five assists in 25 appearances.
