The 21-year-old has overcome injury problems from earlier in the season to play a bigger role for Sporting lately.
In his eight Liga NOS appearances since recovering, he has assisted three goals and scored once.
Cabral’s form has led to French clubs showing ‘great enthusiasm’ about signing him.
Given the growing interest in Cabaral, Sporting are expecting concrete bids to arrive soon.
The Leões will not even consider any offers below €15m, as that is the minimum amount they will sell for.
Cabral was born in Cape Verde and made his national team debut for them in 2017, a friendly win over Luxembourg.
But in October 2018, he announced he would apply for Portuguese nationality and intended to represent Portugal.
