Valencia could have an advantage due to their good relations with Inter stemming from their Kondogbia/Cancelo swap deal.
However, Sevilla have always had an affinity to South American players and Uruguay international Vecino would be a good fit.
English club Everton held talks to sign Vecino in January, but a deal never materialised and he stayed with Inter.
