20-year-old goalkeeper Svilar arrived at Benfica from Anderlecht in 2017 after impressing for Belgium’s youth teams.
That year, aged 18, he broke Iker Casillas’s record as the youngest ever goalkeeper to play in the Champions League.
However, the emergence of Odysseas Vlachodimos in goal means Svilar has seen very little first-team football for the Aguias.
Voetbal24 reports that a return to the Jupiler Pro League could be on the cards for Svilar. His former club Anderlecht, Antwerp and Club Brugge are in the market for a new goalkeeper and interested in Svilar.
Svilar needs first-team football, having made only 20 appearances for Benfica, so a loan move could benefit him.
