Inter have signed some big names over the past year, but also have one eye on the future.
Inter’s scouting department has been very impressed by the Greek youth international, who is playing for Panathinaikos’ second team.
Vagiannidis has appeared at under-17, under-18 and under-19 level for Greece, and is a considered a big prospect.
Premier League giants Manchester City were spotted scouting him in December 2019, while Monaco have also been linked.
At just 18 years of age, Athens-born Vagiannidis would be an investment for the future and enter Inter’s youth sector.
The youngster has an €8m release clause, a figure Inter would hope to bring lower.
